This circuit training cycles through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength, endurance, and cardiorespiratory system. We will incorporate HIIT to incinerate calories maximizing our training session!
We encourage you to find light weights around your home, such as filled water bottles, books, backpacks. Whatever weight is within your fitness range, let's bring it!

Taught by Megan Cloe, Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. LES MILLS GRIT uses barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
