Circuit Training

Friday at 9AM with Andrea Ausmus

This circuit training cycles through several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength, endurance, and cardiorespiratory system. We will incorporate HIIT to incinerate calories maximizing our training session!

We encourage you to find light weights around your home, such as filled water bottles, books, backpacks. Whatever weight is within your fitness range, let's bring it!

RPM Cycling

Mondays at 10AM PST

Taught by Megan Cloe, RPM is a virtual group cycling workout that's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session*. In an RPM workout, you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Taught by Megan Cloe, Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. LES MILLS GRIT uses barbell, weight plate, and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
